Good lighting is important to a good video experience. Make sure you’re well lit on camera - a strong backlight can cause you to become a silhouette and makes it very hard for the student to see you and your instrument. Try to make sure daylight or artificial light illuminates your face and parts of your body that should be clearly visible when playing – this will make it easier for the camera to capture and send a good video picture.
